Delivery

• All orders will be delivered within 24 - 48 hours upon successful payment confirmation. You should be able to receive your order within 3-10 business days depending on where you are ordering from, excluding Saturday and Sunday.
• Istana Bikes is working hard to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. Therefore only the authorized receiver will be permitted to accept the delivery. Upon the shipping destination, please be ensure that the authorized receiver is present to make authorized signature. Istana Bikes reserved the rights not to released the delivery with the absents of the authorized receiver.  
• Istana Bikes is making every effort to deliver within the time stated. To achieve that, we have signed an Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with one of shipping courier based in Singapore to make our shipment prioritized. However, due to certain unforeseen circumstances, slight delay deliveries might occurs, Istana Bikes will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.  
• In the event of where your package is lost by the shipping courier, we will only replace with the amount that is declared on the invoice according to your request.  
• Goods sold are neither returnable or exchangeable.
• In ten days after delivery if there is damage item or any problem with the item we will change with the new one.

Payment

1. Istana Bikes accept the following payment options:
   • Payment Via Bank Transfer
   • Payment Via Western Union
2. Upon your successful online payment with Bank Transfer or Western Union options, please remember to fill in electronic Payment Confirmation Form.  
3. Kindly note that your order will not be processed without the payment confirmation slip.  
4. Your order will be processed on the same day upon successful payment confirmation.
